Chapter one

Your business

“AI isn't for a business like mine.”

It's built for exactly your business. The biggest payoff is in the ordinary work that eats your evenings: writing up quotes, answering the same questions, posting about what you did this week, chasing invoices. We start there, with whatever is costing you the most time.

Chapter two

Your voice

“It'll make us sound like a robot.”

Only if it's set up by somebody who doesn't know you. We start from how you already talk to customers, the words on your signs, your texts, the way you answer the phone. The tools learn that. You read every draft before it goes anywhere, and the final say stays yours.

Three Daughters Digital

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is free

  1. Sit down and talk

A free 30 minute story session, in person around Chattanooga or by phone. You tell us how the business runs and where the day gets long.

  2. Pick one thing and build it

We start with the task that gives you the most time back, teach you the tool, and set it up in your words.

  3. Tell the story

Once the back office breathes, your story goes out in video, photo, and web, and you keep learning alongside other owners at the workshops.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart.

The three trees on our card are Brandon's three daughters. The company is named for them, and it's run the way you'd build something you want your kids to be proud of: carefully, for the long haul, with no shortcuts that come back to bite. Every business we work with is somebody's family too. We treat it that way, whether it's a two hour fix or a six month build.

Questions

Things owners ask before they book

Is AI really for a business my size?

Yes. The businesses that get the most out of it are the ones where the owner still does the quotes, the follow ups, and the posts after closing. That's where the hours are. We start with the chore that costs you the most evenings, and nothing exotic.

Will it make us sound like a robot?

Only if it's set up by somebody who doesn't know you. We build from the way you already talk: your signs, your texts, how you answer the phone. The tools learn your words. You read every draft before it goes anywhere.

What happens in a story session?

Thirty minutes, free, in person around Chattanooga or by phone. You walk us through how the business runs and where the day gets long. We'll tell you plainly what AI can take off your plate first, and what it can't. You leave with written notes either way. No pitch.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. If you can text a customer, you can do what we teach. We set the tools up with you, in your own words, and we stay close until they're a habit.

What does it cost?

The story session is free. Workshop seats and project work are quoted in writing after we've talked, sized to the business, and nothing starts until you've said yes to the number.

What areas do you cover?

Chattanooga and Hamilton County, North Georgia (Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe, Dalton, Trenton), the Sequatchie Valley and Marion County up to Monteagle, and north to Cleveland and Soddy Daisy. Anywhere else, we start by phone.

What can you build?

Websites, customer facing apps, and the back office systems behind them: quoting, scheduling, customer lists, invoicing, and the follow ups that fall through the cracks. On the story side: video, photography, and design that look like you and your town.

What are the workshops?

Small, hands on sessions for owners, monthly and quarterly, hosted around Chattanooga. Bring your laptop and one real problem from your business. You leave with that one thing working and a room of owners you can call.

Do I have to use a certain AI tool?

No. We pick what fits the job and your budget, and it's often something you already pay for. We'll tell you when the free version is enough.

What about my customer information?

Nothing of yours goes into a tool without you knowing what it is and where it lives. We'll show you what stays on your side, and we'll set things up so your customers' details are handled the way you'd want yours handled.
